Estimated Labor & Billing:

• Each phase is estimated at 65 hours of labor

• Member rate: $185/hour

• Total per phase: $12,025

• We perform two phases per year

• Billed quarterly: $6,013 per quarter

Note: Additional repairs or deferred items outside of the inspection scope are billed separately at the member rate of $210/hr. Non-members are billed at $250/hr.
