This is an opportunity to form a partnership in a small trainer and build the perfect aircraft, but also the perfect partnership. Starting from step one, the possibilities are limitless. Airframe Envy would do all the planning and footwork to acquire the aircraft, make any upgrades needed, ensure airworthiness, and maintain the servicing and annual inspections. All of our maintenance costs can be negotiated up front so we will have a cap on expenses, and you can do what you love and that’s enjoy flying. Just imagine, finding that perfect aircraft, installing fresh engine and avionics, to create the perfect platform.
In this partnership, all members will be subject to a background check to ensure members are financially secure and not subject to litigation, government sanctions or anti money laundering issues. Airframe Envy would manage the partnership by conducting quarterly meetings, record minutes, and track how the membership votes on upgrades, maintenance, or any other issues the partnership is facing. We would also track owner currency and insurance renewals, maintenance requirements, and discrepancies. The cost of management will also be negotiated up front in a financial plan. We think this is a good way to enjoy your investment but also protect it from the possibilities of inactive members forgetting or just not keeping up with the backend needs of aircraft ownership.
